I've been cooking on and off for half of my life.  Local pubs, bars, casino's, fancy restaurants and finally my family's restaurant.  I have always loved to eat, so eventually I started to mess around in the kitchen, trying new flavour combinations and new ideas.  So after working through a bunch of different jobs I decided to go back to my passion and go to culinary school.



With Koi, I can connect with people on a personal level, get to know what they like and what they don't like.  No matter the event, a small intimate dinner setting or a large out-landish party, Koi can accommodate. 

 

Koi also offers interactive cooking parties for you and your guest.  Something a little different, fun and exciting all at the same time.
